Delivery Method

All e-coupons are sent digitally via email.

Each e-coupon includes booking instructions, SPA outlet details, service name, and expiration date.

Delivery Timeline

Most e-coupons are delivered instantly.

In rare cases, delivery may take 1–3 business days after successful payment.

Validity & Redemption

• E-coupons are valid for 14 calendar days from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
• E-coupons must be redeemed in person at a participating SPA outlet. An appointment must be booked in advance.
• Lost or expired e-coupons cannot be replaced or refunded.

• Please ensure your email is entered correctly at checkout.
• Check your spam or junk folder if the email is not received.
