By accessing and using Glowupora.com ("we", "our", "the platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the purchase and redemption of digital e-coupons for SPA treatments offered at physical locations.

Nature of Services

We provide a digital storefront where customers can purchase prepaid e-coupons for professional SPA and wellness treatments. Once payment is received, the e-coupon will be sent to your email and must be redeemed in person at a listed SPA outlet.

All services are one-time use only. We do not offer subscriptions or recurring billing.

Pricing

The prices of services are stated in JPY, HKD, and USD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices may be subject to change without prior notice.

Purchase Confirmation

After purchase, an e-coupon will be delivered to the email address provided during checkout. The e-coupon must be redeemed within the validity period stated on the coupon.

Use of E-Coupons

• Each e-coupon is valid for one-time redemption only for the specified treatment.
• To redeem at a participating SPA outlet, you must book your session in advance using the Contact Us page.
• E-coupons are valid for 14 calendar days from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
• Customers must present the digital or printed e-coupon at the time of appointment.

Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable

• E-coupons cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
• They are non-transferable and may not be resold or reassigned.
• Lost or stolen e-coupons will not be replaced.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
