General Rule

All sales are final. Refunds are only granted under specific cases outlined below.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds considered when:
  • E-coupon not redeemed and still valid.
  • E-coupon was not delivered.
  • Duplicate or erroneous charge.

Refunds not granted for:
  • Change of mind.
  • Failure to redeem before expiry.
  • Missed appointments or no-shows.

Refund Request Process

  • Submit refund requests via email to sales@glowupora.com with full name, order ID, and reason.
  • Alternatively, can request refund in person at our physical store in Japan.
  • Requests must be made within 5 calendar days of purchase.
  • Approved refunds issued to original payment method within 7–14 business days.
